Terms and conditions

• The certificate of authenticity of the originals will be sent along with the artwork to the buyer.

• The order will be shipped within 7 to 14 days after confirmation of the full payment for the artwork and shipping costs.

• Cancellations or exchanges will only be accepted before the dispatch of the Artwork.

• Half of commissions' value must be paid before the start of the custom artwork, and the other half before it is shipped.

• In case of cancellations before the completion and shipment of the custom artwork, half of the total order value will be retained by the artist.

• Returns will not be accepted.*

• I may contact the buyer to arrange the shipping date and carrier.

• Shipping costs and any related fees are the buyer's responsibility.

• In the case of sold-out prints, the order will be shipped between 1 (one) and 3 (three) weeks after payment confirmation. This time is necessary for order processing and production.

• Customs fees and taxes may apply to international orders; any such fees will be the recipient's responsibility.

• In the case of orders returned due to the recipient not picking them up within the designated time or due to incomplete data making delivery impossible, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the buyer.

*This prevents unnecessary handling of the Artwork and potential damage to it.
